Payment details

Payment Policy -  As of the 1st of October 2026 credit card payments will no longer be available.  All balances to be paid via internet transfer.  Please contact me to pay your deposit or balance via credit before this date to use your credit card.

1.Online website bookings : 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking a  *2% credit card fee will be added to cover bank fee's .

*Balance due 1 month before or 2 months peak periods ie Long weekend or school holidays.  .  Via internet transfer if after the 1st of OCTOBER 2026.

2.Email/phone bookings -25% deposit required within 48hrs to secure your booking *Internet transfer only from the 1st October 2026.

*Please note a booking is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

How to pay your deposit / balance ?

1.Credit card - (2% fee) will be added .  Only available until 1st October 2026.

LEVY:
*VIC GOVT short term stay levy 7.5% + GST payable by the Guest for new bookings from 1/1/25 . The levy will be manually added to online bookings made via the website.

Bond /Security deposit 
*All our properties require a bond .Credit card details are required at the time of booking . Your credit card details will be safely secured in the credit card vault .  Your credit card details are automatically removed from the vault after a successful departure inspection has been made . If any damage has been made I will contact you to discuss this prior to charging your card .
